The organisation
The organisation has the task of recording, optimising and writing down all the processes and regulations of the European Academy in the form of an organization manual according to the spirit of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certificate.
Information and communication technology
The "Department of information and communication technology" assists and co-ordinates all the functions concerning the processing of electronic information and communication which takes place in the scientific sections and in the central services: i.e. planning, constructing and taking care of the infrastructure related to the automated internal and external information and communication, a basis for efficient workflow management, as well as the development of an Internet Site for bi-directional know-how transfer.
INTERNAL Online Services
Network rules
The user agreement for the network gives the directives for all the computer network users at the European Academy of Bozen-Bolzano. Signing the agreement the user commits to all the items in the user agreement. The signing is mandatory to get a user account for the network.
