The Scientific Advisory Council is the Eurac Research's central scientific body, composed of an international team of experts. Its role is to determine the direction and evaluate the results of research performed at Eurac Research, as well as to supervise ongoing studies in the scientific departments.
Each research department has its own Scientific Subcommittee made up of European specialists. This committee meets annually each autumn in order to evaluate old and new projects. The Board of Directors selects the members of the committee every three years.
