The Legal Office 

Our legal office supports the whole of EURAC in legal matters and in drawing up contracts.

This service area is principally involved in:

• providing advice and information on legal questions
• drawing up and verifying contracts of every kind
• giving information about and coordinating matters to do with safety at work
• providing information and liaison for insurance questions
• coordinating and processing claims for damages
• giving information on the legal constitution of the organisation
• giving information on the procedures governing internal acquisitions
• if required, liaising with external lawyers
