L'11 e il 12 aprile a Budapest si tiene il secondo meeting del progetto AIDA, che ha l’obiettivo di accelerare l’ingresso sul mercato di edifici a bilancio energetico quasi nullo....Unedificio energetico a bilancio energetico quasi nullo (o NZEB, “Nearly ZeroEnergy Building) si realizza grazie a un’elevata efficienza energetica eall’uso di fonti di energia rinnovabili.
