Culture meets Economy

Once again the Conference "Culture meets Economy" will take place this year at EURAC with two events: the Scientific Track on 3 July and the Symposium on 4 July.

The European Academy of Bolzano-Bozen (EURAC), Italy, the University of Applied Sciences Mainz, Germany, and the Innsbruck University School of Management, Austria, are organising for the fifth time a Scientific Workshop within the framework of the conference "Culture meets Economy", entitled "Networks in Culture and Arts".

The contribution of cooperatives to the sustainable development of local economic circuit – premises, possibilities, outlook

The United Nations general assembly declared 2012 as the international year of cooperatives. 

In this context, the Institute for Regional Development and Location Management of the European Academy of Bozen/Bolzano (EURAC) is organising on behalf of the South Tyrolean Raiffeisen federation a scientific conference, which aims to discuss the relationship between cooperatives, sustainable entrepreneurship and local and regional development. The Institute for Italian law at the University of Innsbruck, the European Research Institute on Cooperative and Social Enterprises Trento (EURICSE) and the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano support this conference as scientific partners.
