Inclusion criteria are patients presenting accidental hypothermia of any origin (exposure/avalanche/immersion/suicide attempt…) with core body temerature <32°C with and without cardiac arrest. The Institute's researchers will collaborate to create a internet platform for electronic data collection and to proceed data analysis database. The data will be collected anonymously including the accident data, prehospital treatment, hospital treatment, rewarming method, clinical and laboratory data, post-rewarming complications, outcome. Yearly quality control reports will be provided.
